Never cancelled the line as requested. Now prosecuting 92 year old

<p>On 08/07/16 we cancelled the line with ref AI ********** .</p> <p>Then after the debit orders continued to go of and they each month promised to refund they gave escalation # 533045 on 05/10/16. We stopped the debit order.</p> <p>Now lawyers are prosecuting my gran of 92 years that is in a wheelchair and not mentally there every day!! We stopped the line after she fell out of her wheelchair to answer the phone. She is in frailcare. For goodness sake!! Why is there so much incompetence in these big organisations?? O, yes sotrry, I forgot why! Please do take her to court... you are a disgrace of a company!</p>
