Never called back

I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter regarding not getting hold of Telkom. After laying a complaint someone contacted me back. The consultant told me that a representative will call me back to deal with my query. It has now been exactly two weeks and no one has contacted me back! How pathetic is that??!! I cannot really rate the level of service because there is no service! It is sad to think that what I want is to upgrade my current package but Telkom just do not care about their customers!!
