Never buy Once Off Data

Do you have a contract with Telkom? Do not purchase once off data from them, you will lose it because of their data policy. My kids watches Netflix on 2 different devices and obviously they use quite a bit of data. I have a recurring 50GB contract which is normally enough and it ran out around the 21st of January (school holidays etc.), so I bought a once off 50GB package. Now we enter February and I still have about 30 or 40GB left on the once off bundle. On the 1st of February my account was credited with my recurring bundle. You do not use your once off bundle first; which should be the obvious choice; your recurring data is being used up first. Because of this my recurring data ran out last night and the once off data which has lots of data expires in 4 days. There policy seems to be Last In First Out and not First In First Out! This should change and I will never buy a once off bundle from them again and I hope lots of people will thing before buying once off data.
