Never ask telkom to move your line

<p>I requested telkom to move my telkom DSL more than a month before I moved. I am still waiting to hear from them, When I call the call centre, I get cut off generally after 15 to 20min of waiting. IF I manage to get through, I am told it is still inplaning stage. Seems as if telkom does not want home users as clients anymore ?</p> <p> </p>
