Never arriving on site after 3 months

Good morning all<br> <br> We have been lodging complaints for about 3 months now, Telkom never ever decides to arrive on site. They make promises every time that they will be here in 2-3 days, then you phone after a week, then someone will again be here in 2-3 days. This is getting ridiculous, we just opened a new shop and cannot operate the way we have to, thanks to Telkom. The 3 lines on our premises is extremely soft, we have to almost shove the phones into our ears to hear anything - we have changed phoned like they told us to, the same story.... I am not receiving all my emails, neither are my clients receiving emails from me... It is like Telkom selects who i am allowed to communicate with... <br> <br> I think its about time someone pitches up here!!! The adds they have on TV is so false... It will cost me to change my business cards, advertising board outside, pamphlets etc etc etc.... If we have to change our domain.<br> <br> So please - CAN SOMEONE GIVE US GOOD NEWS????!!!!????
