Never arrived for installation! No contact made!

I am a new customer. Telkom were due to come install a new landline (landline & ADSL) at my flat today but never arrived. I specially took a day's leave from work and sat at home waiting, but nobody from Telkom ever arrived. Before today I had called Telkom twice, and Telkom confirmed that the technicians would be coming today.<br> <br> Not only did they NEVER arrive but they also did not contact me in any way to let me know. Rather I sat at home like an idiot waiting for nothing, and wasting a day's leave. I think this customer service is utterly discgraceful
