Never any stock

I seriously don't know how Telkom can advertise certain products on their website and in their catalogues but when you get to the stores they never have any stock. I have been wanting to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite for months now and each time I go to the Walker Park branch in Port Elizabeth I get told they don't have stock. Honestly, I have been a loyal customer for 7 years but I am thinking of just cancelling my contract and taking my business elsewhere because of this.
