Never answers phone - utter incompetence!

<p>Moved my ADSL line back to these unconcerned beings, after all was supposedly "confirmed".. now my line is suspended because no one paid the line rental.... guess why?? coz the line is sitting in the FREAKING OPENSERVE HOLDING POOL!!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Now, not a single telkom agent answers the phone.. been on the line since 10 this morning on and off.. ridiculous!!! </p>
