Never agree to a Telkom telephonic sale, the actual branch will tell you they do not get involved when you have issues

I have been sold a pocket router telephonically which does not work, i have already been debited, i have a debicheck i cannot cancel and they have outsourced courier company who refuse to collect the damaged parcel.
