Never again will I take a contract with them again

So my contact with Telkom came to an end , I was advised to call 3 months before my contract came to an end . I did all that last year October I called them they told me I did to cancel my contract online and I did that . I received a cancellation number. My last instalment with them was suppose to be November it is now February and they are still debiting my account.
