Never again Telkom!

Never again will I make use of Telkom! Firstly the billing amounts that telkom gives me keeps changing...so they can't make up their mind about how much I need to pay. When they eventually know how much they OVERCHARGE me because of debit orders I requested to be CANCELLED...and which they are refusing to cancel! So every month the amount that I have to pay increases...and telkom refuses to do as much as lift a finger to stop it!!!!! Even after explaining to them that I need it cancelled they simply refuse! Telkom...ICASA will hear of this.
