Network/signal coverage lost in my area 3 weeks Case no:***

Case no:***. I am really angry with your slow service. I have a serious problem been so many times on phone with your people and not getting anywhere. This case is pending so LONG! I don't have any network coverage almost 3 weeks. I cant get calls because they cant hear me cant access my internet via my modem and wifi. something ia wrong in my area because if im at work or any other place it work perfectly. i need yours help this urgent i work from home and its a nerve wreck and my money is lost!!!!!!!
