Network (Wrong purchase)

I called Telkom Mobile Call Centre yesterday before 1pm to add up a data bundle to my account and I requested a 5GB data bundle at the cost of R349.00 but I later found out that the consultant (Uservia Mokoena) purchased a 2GB data bundles for me at the rate of R249.00. When I called back to complain that they purchased wrong data bundles for me
