Network speeds

My complaint is focused specifically on telkoms network speed. Now in these times of our nationwide lock down people are relying on entertainment and good internet access and speeds for streaming movies, series, information for children that have homework. I have tested telkoms download speed several times a day for the passed 10 days and it's always 0mb/s or the best I got during the day was 1mb/s which is absolutely ridiculous and what makes it worse is I have 3 contracts with telkom and I have tested all 3. Between 10pm and 5am the network speeds reach 4mb/s. May I ask why? This is absolutely ridiculous. It is so frustrating that you pay for wifi that you cannot even use. I tried using a rain Sim card which I now have to pay for because telkom is useless and this is an extra cost for me during these hard time. I have tested the rain sim card and the speeds were absolutely excellent. I got speeds up to 20mb/s during the day and the strange part is its actually cheaper than my telkom wifi contract. I will be switching over. I will not recommend telkom to anyone especially during hard times when wifi is actually needed the most. Thank you.
