Network shedding

Telkom mobile promised us better connection on 4G and we don't get that, I get my over time via whatsapp which I hardly get connection for. We have two telkom phones at home and a router, so at times we are in a network black out in the house none of us is reachable. You can only imagine how frustrating that is.
