Network & Service Delivery pathetic

Ever since I purchased the data contract it have been really slow and this is quite frustrating. I call into the call centre and waiting extremely long and I had to cut the call. I have 3 contracts with you guys and I am due for an upgrade on the 1 contract but I want to cancel this due to the lack of service and network is constantly not working. Please can someone call me to fix my internet today!!
