Network quality getting worse and your Telkom app is misleading.

<p>Come on TELKOM what going on with your mobile network. Its getting slower by the day and then at times in my area where I live there are times where I can't connect even with the Huawei LTE modem that is suppose to boost my signal. If I insert the data sim in my phone I hardly get and signal and my daughter that is on the TELKOM network is batteling with the same issues with her line. Your coverage in Delville Germiston needs to improve. My days of saying a good word about TELKOM is over. I even convinced some of my colluegues to go onto TELKOM in the past and recently submitted a recomendation to our chruch that we move all our lines and business to TELKOM but I will withdraw that recomendation. I will have to see what else there is in the market. Maybe Cell C or stay on Neotel but give you guys more business.... NOT A CHANCE. In fact I will recommnd that we dont renew our one contract with TELKOM that now expired and the end of Feb. My second and last complain is that your NEW TELKOM app is misleading. I bought a small calls bundle only to find that the bundle is not a all network bundle. When I called the call center on Saturday night Philane who couldnt care less just told me that I cant swop out the bundle for another and even her manager she confidantly advised will give " No "for an answer. Now thats fine. Luckily the bundle I bought was very small but still a waiste of money. I suggest that you make your wording clearer and say in your app. TELKOM MOBILE ONLY or ALL NETWORKS AIRTIME like you do if you call the USSD codes*180#. Never the less. The only thing you guys get 10 out of 10 for at the moment is to offer great deals but sadly that where it ends. TELKOM is becoming a congested and dont care network. Imagine you guys had more clients how you guys will then drop the ball...... So my advise if you read this. Think twice about joining telkom. First buy yourself a prepaid sim card and test them or let one of their currecnt clients show if their netowrk actually work. Ask people what their call quality is really like. Dont let TELKOM sucker you into their sweet deals and then you find yourself in trouble. BEWARE and look carefully before you make a move to them. They are one of the cheapest at the moment but will leaving you deeply fustrated as well. WHAT DOES GOOD OFFER MEAN THAT DOES WORK AT TIMES?????</p>
