NETWORK QUALITY DETERIORATED, NO RESPONSE FROM TELKOM

Over the past few days, the internet speed had slowed down and I'm unable to browse the internet and download files. No response from Telkom whatsoever after complaining on Twitter, among various other users complaining as well. Absolute garbage network provider making expensive data purchases useless.
