**** Network Provider

I app**** for the Home unlimited package, Only two weeks after i Had app**** which I had to call them to ask about my order , you cant get through to them but funny enough when its a new sale they call within minutes. They then delivered the Rooter which I was not told they will charge me R 1600.00 for it , now the next process is to get Vuma guys to install which I have been waiting now for additional 2 weeks, but Invoices has been issued and no installation. I then emailed a Lady by the name of Lead Associate : Nompumelelo Mkhize Customer Value Management Telkom Park – The Hub

She only open my email after 2 weeks with no respond, I am so frustrated , I was doing this to try and give them Business so that they can stay in Business. Poor services and I dont have the copy of my contract so that I can terminate this **** network contract. I dont recommend them to anyone I will name and shame them to all social media so that they cant reap people of.
