Network Problem at Site For SIM Swap!!!

I have visited Telkom Site in Mthatha BT Ngebs Mall 3 times now just to do a SIM Swap and everytime I am there nobody can assist me with doing a SIM Swap because apparently they run out of network at midday!!! What kind of nonsense is that?? You trying to tell me there's a scheduled Network disappearance that happens only at Telkom around midday!!?? Should we just move to another service providers because this is ridiculous!!!
