Network problem

I'm so disappointed with Telkom. I've got a contact with them. It's been two years of misery. I've been calling to get assistance with network connection but there's no solution. All I get is "there is connection" u need to call us when you are at your location for us to be able to assist you. I advised that I'm unable to make or receive call so how I'm I going to do that and all I got was you make figure that out. I am able to use my phone when Im not aound Lawley ext 2. I even changed phones and yet still its the same problem. Even other people around my area also complain
