I have a phone contract with Telekom but lately my phone can't receive calls or makes calls, these impact negatively at work since my bosses can't reach me I did contact Telkom Shop regarding the matter but to no avail I can't even connect to the internet I'm paying my contract every month but I receive poor service from Telkom
