From the 29th of October 2017 we have been experiencing bad reception where our service disappears for hours on end. Every day from that we had downtime. There are not even a "emergency calls only" option on the phone. We are currently roaming on the MTN network as that is the only network available and the other one is Vodacom. But my colleges at who are Vodacom are also experiencing the same issues, NO signal whatsoever for hours. It feels as if the problem is not considered because it's been two weeks now, and the call centres are not helping us with answers. We cannot call when the problem is there because there is no signal, and when the signal finally arrives I forgot to call and complain because I've been without signal for so long my phone is going crazy with all the messages. Please give me some feedback as to what is happening, because everybody in town is left without signal no matter what the network is. The postal codes of the two affected towns are 8222 and 8249.
