Network only works for in affluent suburbs

Telkom's network is just not working and they don't care. Just as long as they are raking in their monthly premiums for the 24 months contracts we are bound by for both the router and cellphone. I have complained about this for a very long time and telkom just doesn't care. The network was working well in the beginning on LTE until we upgraded from 40 to 120 gig. The network started working intermittently but now it just doesn't work. If load shredding is to blame, then why is the network not working only when we're in the townships. Do they only care for infrastructure in predominantly white suburbs and deliberately neglect us in the hood? It's *********. Where have you seen cellphone network shut down during load shedding? It's 4am now and the network is working when I doubt need it and it's throttled at the time when I need it the most. In so disappointed and frustrated.
