Network issues

I'm having network issues these days on all 3 of my sim cards 1 being my prepaid number, another being my free-me contract on my phone and the 3rd being my smart broadband sim in my router. I wouldn't have issues before even with load shedding but now when the electricity comes back it works in drips and drabs and during load shedding there's no signal at all. Mobile data doesn't even connect during load shedding in my street but when I'm in another street or area it sort of works. I live in Daveyton and need this fixed before I've now had to buy data while I have wifi. I called the call centre but it didn't really help and there was not much trouble shooting done
