Network issues

I chatted to someone on Telkom Messenger. I have an issue with my network connection, it is intermittent. It keeps turning on and off. I can't work at all. Telkom self-service is the worst. I can even make a phone call, it keeps referring me to the chatbox, which is not helping. This is disturbing my work. I have been reporting network issues at work for two days now. I can lose my job because of this.
