I recently was assisted by Siphesihle Nyathi, what an awesome guy, even though the problem was not solved, he showed patience and was very helpful, he actually went out his way to try to remedy the proble. Siphe my guy, you the best.

Maybe you should consider teaching your collegues on how to deal with clients, most of them are rude if they don't know what you talking about.

Everytime when I have to call Telkom with an issues I get anxiety because I know it's going to be a battle. If there was a way I would only contact you because you really get the job done. A big thank you.
