Network issues

Telkom network is terrible i have not been able to internet for the past 03 weeks since they changing from MTN to Vodacom the next thing i know they will be saying my data has expired since it is only valid for a month. I bought this data for me to be able to use not for it to expire without me using it.

Telkom need to sort their issue out and refund back our data it is not fair that one get penalized for something that was not caused by them. It is not my fault that they are upgrading or what ever it is their doing can issue be resolved ASAP.
