Network errors

I have a contract cellphone with Telkom, since 1st of May the sim card is not working. There's no network and I've paid my monthly debit order. I have tried reaching out to their call Centre and that is just as useless. You hold for hours without getting assistance. I'm gatvol with this appalling service.
