Network coverage

I've had no network since yesterday even had to spend money to buy data. I'm disappointed I have logged a call 5 times in the last hour no consultant is able to assist me it's obvious it's network coverage in my area but no one is attending to it. I'm really frustrated with telkom. I'm still stuck with 3 LTE routers from telkom with no network and this is not the first time.
