Network coverage

There is no network coverage in our area. We have phoned your customer service and nobody can help. We register on telkomsa and get redirected to telkom-monate ,which leaves us with no internet access at all. Telkomsa gives u 1bar then redirects you. It has been this way for a whole week of business . Can you guys fix your towers , bluff ,treasure beach is a problem with your network. If the problem continues we will be moving on to other networks
