Network connectivity problems

About 3 months ago the network in my area stopped working and I went the nearest branch to log a complaint and they opened a case. After that the network worked for about 3 days and went back to non-existence after that. Whenever I complain, they just tell me that they have checked the network coverage over my area and it’s fine. They refuse to send out any kind of technician into my area to investigate and yet I’m expected to pay out my contract for the next 12 months
