NETWORK!

I have been experiencing network challenges for the longest time when I am at home . I am unable to make calls and receive calls. I have to be in a particular spot in order to get service and this only happens when I am at my place. I had reported this issue to a telkom store in Sandton and I was told to research on behalf of telkom if my neighbors are experiencing the same issue as I would not be easily assisted if it’s an isolated case. My cellphone is basically useless when I am at home and I do not understand why I have to continue paying if I will not fully make use of my device at home. A case was logged two weeks ago, I have been making various follow ups with the service agents and they all give me the same feedback that the network team is attending to this. This is absolutely ridiculous service. No contact is made with me so as to update me on this matter! I would not recommend telkom to anyone, absolutely disgusting treatment to their customers!
