Negligent and Pathetic Service

6 days no telephone, no technician sent out. The call centre keep on saying someone is coming out however nobody has yet been assigned. Furthermore, the call centre operators drop the phone when I enquire if there is a better way of solving this problem. Till now I have not yet been assisted. Please help me .
