Negligence and Incompetence

The fibre installers installing fibre cables in our area have damaged the electrical wires and we are sitting without electricity now because of them. To make matters worse, they left an open whole with live electrical wires smoking!! Imagine what could happen if a child were to fall into that pit. Utter negligence and incompetence
