Neglect to load voice bundle on contract

Telkom mobile neglected to load all networks voice bundle on their new way of doing things the freeme contract. Being billed and suddenly cannot make outgoing calls to 90% of the country. After almost a week problem still not sorted out. Resulting inability to call out costing major loss in revenue.
