Negative,poor and bullying

I had a contract with telkom which ended in 2025 November. In December I paid a total of R1150,10 as final payment advised by telkom( Mr Jabulani Vidima) I sent the POP to him . As of date I'm being bombaded by telkom to pay monthly for the data I do not receive am also threatened by neg entry into credit bureau.
