NEGATIVE RATINGS #TELKOM MOBILE

Can someone please advise as to how we can contact the Telkom call centre I have tried to receive information with regards to my contract line and they basically cut your call, and forward text to a Whatsapp line which which is completely helpless.

Service from Telkom is completed pathetic, even asking the stores to assist gets nowhere.

THERE SHOULD BE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING FOR TELKOM!!!
