Needing to speak to a HUMAN and not a machine - urgently PLEASE

I have two cellphone contracts, one is personal and one is for my small business. I am needing the statement for the business one for the 2024 tax returns. Both contracts are currently billed on one statement. I have been trying my best to get hold of a human being to explain what I need but everything is automated and selections. When I eventually got a "call me back", the call was (dead air), I hoped they could hear me at least and asked them to please call me back again. I even attempted this option a second time but to date, no call has been received. I have been a loyal customer for 15+ years and never have I struggled so much to speak to someone.

Can you please call me or email me, I need the statement for cell number *** for the period March 2023 to end of February 2024 please!

It is literally the only thing holding my tax returns submission back.
