Need to cut ties with TELKOM !!!

I had a contract with Telkom beginning of this year for data and I was supposed to pay R250 a month but I ended up paying way more than that each month because of subscriptions that I know nothing about and after I had had enough I terminated the contract and only to find out later on that was not done I’ve been callling and being assured that my issue has been solved and only to be called constantly by debt collectors and money coming out of my acccount unauthorised, it is not okay it is *****! I’ve received messages from Telkom saying that my contract was terminated but month end I’ll still have to pay and by the way I have not received data since I first called to cancel my contract in JULY so they know how to cancel that but will keep on taking money, it’s so annoying unprofessional, I would never advise anyone to join or be involved with anything that is involving Telkom it’s just a big *****!!!!!!!!!
