Need my prove of purchase URGENTLY!!!

<p>I want to fix my Samsung S4 screen and samsung requires my proof of purchase when I went to telkom to ask for it they told me I cannot get my proof of purchase because my account is in errors and has been suspended . I do understand that but what does my account being in errors has to do with my proof of purchase because I need to fix this phone urgently before my warranthy ends at the end of this month ....please help</p>
