Need my phone Guys, come on

I've ordered the new iPhone 11 Pro and of late have not received no update regarding when it will be delivered. Mind you, you have already debited me my first installment on this and 3 weeks later i have not received what i paid for. All i'm asking for is a call to give me an update as to what is happening. If you could deliver it this week, you would have actually done what you were meant to do before you advertise merchandise you don't even have in stock. Come onnnnnnnnn!!!!
