Need line moved due to building

We have started building in our back yard and contacted Telkom in November 2015 to please move or relocate the line that runs through the back yard. To date, and 3 visits to the Bluff Branch, no one has gotten back to us and this is delaying our building progress. This is costing us money. We were given a reference number 895069. We really need this resolved as soon as possible as the line is now going through the new building and we cannot proceed with building until this is moved. Regards
