Need help

I need telkom help. unfortunately I am not getting any proper service.<br> After waiting 20 mins to speak to a consultant he had problems accessing system, he eventually later called bad but could not hear anything because of his bad telephone connection..... he didn't bother calling back....<br> <br> Now Im still faced with a problem. <br> Can someone senior please call me so that I may resolve the issue at hand.
