Need Help

<p>Since Sunday, 26 March, my landline is not working. I reported it via the sms line and received a message that my report could not be completed. I tried again 27 and 30 March. When I phone 10210 I wait for 15 min without being helped. Can someone from Telkom please check why my land line ********** 682 is not working.</p>
