Need feedback on Telkom LTE order please Telkom.

Good day<br> <br> My wife ordered us a Telkom LTE 100 gig package with LTE router on the 19th of January with ref no. ***. They said that we would be receiving our order within a week or so. Its now the 8th of Feb. and we still havn't received the order nor have we had any feedback from Telkom.<br> <br> When we phone the 10210 call center number they know nothing about the order and give us all sorts of other numbers to phone where no one answers even after holding on for 30 mins and this is phoning from a cellphone incurring cellphone costs.<br> <br> Can someone from Telkom please contact us and give us feedback on when we will be receiving our order?
