Need Clarity

<p>Telkom I just received a very confusing phone call from your debt colletors(Van Der Venter,Mojapelo) that i will not get the refund,the refund will cover the legal cost. The account was settled,i got the settlement amount from you. Now tell me why did you hand over the account that was already settled. You handed over the account that was already settled and now I am liable for the legal cost,how come???</p>
