need assistants with telkom

I've been having a problem with telkom I have been waiting 6month now for them to fix the phone an replace the phone as I was suppose to receive a new phone. I've been to the branch in promenade mitchells plain but they always tell me to call help line. The help line is always busy or they cut the call. I've told the sales assistant in store that the helpline is not working as I have tried may times an that i need the phone for work as I'm not working an my family member only have the landline no for emergency. Please help
