Need Answers!!!

l am a 71 year old pensioner. I decided to take a contract with a contract with Telkom, little did l know that I would be signing up to a nightmare! last year August I received a R2000 bill and I did not understand because I pay around R500 monthly , I went to enquire at a branch but I did not understand as im old and not fami**** with these things, I asked for help and my daughter advised I get an itemized billing. I requested this information from Telkom and no one got back to me, l further contacted them and still no assistance. my landline was blocked during this time . Then I received another bill for R15 000 oweing Telkom , I am now consulting my lawyers as no one has answers for me and the service is terribly poor .
