Need a refund
My account was debited for R1 500 on Monday. I don't have any outstanding amount on my account and I need this to be refunded. I spoke to a consultant this morning by the name of Shanese (or something like that), she wasn't very helpful and ended up yelling at me. Please can this be addressed urgently. I need the whole amount of R1 500 to be refunded and I will make payment manually Like I've been doing if there are any outstanding amounts.
